Debtor filed a Chapter 13 petition, which was dismissed for debtor’s failure to make payments under an order of strict compliance. The trustee filed a final report, to which debtor filed objections. Debtor failed to appear at the scheduled hearing and the bankruptcy court overruled the objections.
Where debtor attempted to appeal from the trustee’s final reports, the court lacked jurisdiction because one final report was withdrawn and the other did not constitute a final order.
Appeal is dismissed.
