Criminal Law: Jury Instruction-Deadly Force-Defense of Another

Where a defendant challenged his convictions for second-degree murder and armed criminal action, the judgment is reversed because the trial court committed plain error by failing to instruct the jury on the use of force in defense of another because such an instruction was supported by the evidence.

Judgment is reversed.
