Criminal Law: Sexual Abuse-Delayed Disclosure-Expert Testimony

Where a defendant in a sexual abuse case challenged the admission of expert testimony about the delayed disclosure of childhood sexual abuse, the judgment is affirmed because the expert had training and experience in a relevant and legitimate field of specialized knowledge and offered opinion testimony grounded in the principles of the field.

Judgment is affirmed.
