Where a defendant challenged the denial of post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing, the motion court did not err in denying the claim that his guilty plea lacked sufficient factual basis because the state’s recitation of the facts and the defendant’s exchange with the court showed that the defendant made the plea aware of the circumstances and consequences, and the judgment is affirmed because the defendant admitted that counsel did his best and could do nothing further, so the claim of ineffective assistance of counsel was properly denied.
Judgment is affirmed.
