Appellate Practice: Arbitration Award-Standing-Finality of Judgment

Where appellant challenged the confirmation of an arbitration award, the appellant was not aggrieved by the judgment, so it lacked standing to appeal, and the judgment did not resolve all claims as to all parties, so the judgment was not final for purposes of appeal, and the appeal must be dismissed.

Appeal is dismissed.
