Employment: Disability Discrimination-Finality of Judgments

Where appellant challenged the grant of summary judgment to his city employer on a claim for disability discrimination, the judgment did not provide a basis as to why the court was granting the motion, so it cannot be determined whether the judgment was final for purposes of appeal.

Appeal is dismissed; remanded.
