Nominations sought for 2020 Bankruptcy award

The Missouri Bar’s Commercial Law Committee is accepting nominations for the 2020 Michael R. Roser Excellence in Bankruptcy Award.
The award recognizes an attorney who manifests the highest standard of excellence in bankruptcy practice, contributes distinctively to the development and appreciation of bankruptcy law and has made an outstanding contribution in the field of bankruptcy administration or practice.
Since 1994, the committee has presented the award, which honors the late Kansas City bankruptcy attorney Michael R. Roser. Nominations must be submitted no later than July 10 and should include specific information about the nominee’s activities in the areas of bankruptcy practice, other law practice and bar activities, as well as other factors to be considered.
