Criminal Law: Sentencing-Appeal Waiver

Where a defendant challenged the sentence imposed after he pleaded guilty to a drug offense, the plea agreement included an appeal waiver that was valid, enforceable and applicable to the issues raised in the appeal.

Appeal is dismissed.
