Ajla Alunovic couldn’t speak a word of English when she came to the United States as a child in 1998.
Today, she speaks four languages. Selected as a partner by The Schechter Law Firm for the success of the family law career she began in 2014, Alunovic is described by those who know her as an attorney totally devoted to her craft who has quickly established herself at her firm, with her clients and among her colleagues in the wider legal community.
“She gives 110 percent to every case and genuinely cares about her clients, who praise her thoroughness, concern and her always going ‘the extra mile,’” her nominator wrote, while also noting her attention to detail and her excellent litigation skills.
This year, Alunovic was selected as one of 14 ambassadors across the nation to represent the Congress of North American Bosniaks.
