Eastern District to resume in-person proceedings

The Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District will resume in-person proceedings effective June 15.

The court said visitors to the court must observe social distancing standards and are required to wear face masks regardless of vaccination status, unless instructed otherwise.  

Exemptions or accommodations for in-person proceedings may be requested by vulnerable attorneys, parties and self-represented litigants when appropriate and will be considered on an individual basis.
