Firm Administration: Operations Manger, Mutrux Firm Personal Injury Lawyers
There’s a reason that Candice Suter’s colleagues are only half-joking when they call her the “Keeper of the MF (Mutrux Firm) Realm.”
“You could call her an office manager or operations director, but she deserves about 20 more job titles behind her name given everything she handles here,” her nominator wrote. “Candice is the glue that hold this firm together.”
The Mutrux Firm has offices in St. Louis and Columbia, so Suter’s role goes beyond the normal 9-5 workday. Whether it is answering the phone, assisting lawyers or case managers, finding solutions to problems, helping potential new clients with the intake process, meeting clients to notarize discovery answers, paying invoices or hiring new employees, Suter puts on whatever hat is required.
“I have always been a calm, patient person, and this helps put clients and employees at ease. I constantly find solutions and help where I am needed,” she said.
