What led you to choose a career in the legal field?
It was more the firm (leadership) than the field that led me to my first job in the legal field, but I have always admired those who practice law. I like to be around smart people and be challenged.
What is the best part of your job?
New challenges and opportunities to learn and present solutions to help others do their jobs more effectively or help the firm meet its goals.
What is the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Do not let fear drive your decision-making.
What is something that would surprise people about you?
I enjoy studying the Enneagram (personality type framework), and although it is not recommended that you type others, I love trying to determine their dominate type and assessing whether I nailed it or not. I often use that information to help me interact better with others, both professionally and personally.
