Cary Mogerman is soon set to become the 2021-22 president of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. It is the culmination of a long career of service to the family law community.
He is a fellow in the AAML as well as the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He also is a Diplomate and executive committee member of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only group of 100 members.
Mogerman’s practice focuses on complicated divorce cases and related family law matters. He was previously the managing member of Zerman Mogerman before joining Carmody MacDonald as a shareholder in 2019.
The Missouri Bar awarded him the Roger P. Krumm Family Law Award from in 2008, and he serves as secretary of the Missouri Commission on the Retirement, Removal and Discipline of Judges.
Mogerman frequently writes and speaks on family law topics and annually serves on the faculty of the ABA Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute.
He earned his law degree in 1985 from Washington University in St. Louis.
