Stange Law Firm, Clayton
Since establishing the Stange Law Firm in Clayton in 2007, Kirk and Paola Stange have built it into an operation with more than 40 attorneys in 21 offices in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas and Oklahoma.
They are active in presenting CLEs on family law subjects ranging from division of property to using social media and other electronic evidence in family law, and have written extensively on family law issues, including authoring a book on prenuptial agreements and chapters for other books on such topics as military family law.
They are members the Missouri Collaborative Institute, which focuses on promoting collaborative practice as an alternative-dispute-resolution method for families going through divorce or family law matters. Kirk Stange is president of the institute.
Kirk Stange earned his law degree in 2000 from the University of Missouri. Paola Stange earned hers in 2005 from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.
Both serve as adjunct professors for Emory Law’s Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques, and Paola Stange serves on the school’s board.
