Post-Conviction Relief
Effectiveness Of Counsel
Instructions
Where a defendant challenged the denial of post-conviction relief, arguing that his counsel was ineffective, the state’s instruction did not strictly comply with requirements, but the defendant failed to show that there was a reasonable probability that the outcome of his trial would have been different if the proper instruction had been given, so the judgment is affirmed.
Judgment is affirmed.
