St. Louis attorney joins Amazon

Christopher Pickett is leaving Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale’s St. Louis office to join Amazon’s legal department.

Pickett represented companies in business litigation disputes including restrictive covenants, unfair competition and trade secret misappropriation. He regularly represented financial institutions going through trust and estate litigation while leading Greensfelder’s securities practice.

Pickett also worked as the firm’s chief diversity officer, setting policy, recruiting diverse attorneys and creating an inclusive work environment.

Pickett earned his law degree from Saint Louis University.
