Failure To File
MHRA
Where appellants filed a petition against individual respondents and a school district alleging violations of the Missouri Human Rights Act, and appellant counsel failed to include the first amended petition and did not timely comply with an order to supplement the record, the appeal is dismissed for the failure to prepare an adequate record on appeal, to timely file the record on appeal and to timely comply with the order to supplement the record.
Appeal is dismissed.

Post-Conviction Relief
Effectiveness Of Counsel
Expert Witness Selection
Where a defendant challenged the denial of his motion for post-conviction relief, arguing that counsel was ineffective for failing to call an expert witness at sentencing to provide mitigation evidence, the selection of experts is generally a question of trial strategy, and the record here directly refuted the claim of ineffective assistance, so the judgment is affirmed.
Judgment is affirmed.
