Spencer Fane has added seven associate attorneys in multiple practice groups in St. Louis, Springfield and the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Connor Walsh and Henry Sivils join the firm’s real estate practice in St. Louis and Springfield, respectively.
Walsh, who previously worked for a title company as a legal assistant and has passed the Missouri Title Producer Exam, earned his law degree from the University of Denver. Sivils earned his law degree from the University of Missouri.
In the Kansas City office are Simrat Johal, Daniel O’Malley, Homayoon Rafatijo and John Spisak.
Johal, who earned her law degree from the University of Kansas, joins the litigation and dispute resolution practice group. O’Malley, whose law degree is from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, practices in the corporate and business transactions group.
Rafatijo and Spisak both join the firm’s intellectual property practice. Rafatijo earned his law degree from the University of Missouri and also has degrees and practical background in data science, computational chemistry and combustion engineering. Spisak earned his law degree from Washburn University and has more than a decade of experience in multidisciplinary engineering.
In Overland Park, Kansas, Aurora Kammerer joins the health care practice. She earned her law degree from the University of Iowa.
All seven previously joined Spencer Fane as law clerks earlier this year and have now earned admittance to their respective state bars.
