Lewis Rice has brought on six new associates.
Patrick F. Ganninger practices estate planning and probate law. He develops and implements tax estate plans for individuals and families, advising them on wills, trusts and administration of those trusts and estates. He helps clients prepare tax returns for gifts and estates, antenuptial agreements and asset protection.
Ganninger earned his law degree from St. Louis University in 2022.
Allison E. Knopp represents people and companies in disputes including, but not limited to, complex commercial and civil litigation as part of the firm’s litigation team.
Knopp earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2022.
Ryan J. Krutz and Andrew J. Meyer both practice on Lewis Rice’s corporate team.
Krutz practices general and business law, working clients through mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and restructuring, regulatory compliance, commercial real estate transactions and other matters.
Krutz earned his law degree from Saint Louis University in 2022.
Meyer has a general business law practice. With past experience as an engineer, he spent two summers as a Lewis Rice summer associate before his recent hiring as an associate.
Meyer earned his law degree from the University of Missouri in 2022.
Skylar S. Petitt advises people and businesses on commercial and civil litigation as part of the firm’s litigation team.
He earned his law degree from Southern Illinois University in 2020 after serving as a law clerk for Judge Rita B. Garman of the Illinois Supreme Court. Petitt spent eight prior years in the U.S. Army, serving as an infantry platoon leader in Afghanistan.
Jacquelyn H. Sicilia assists clients in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, general corporate matters and other aspects of transactions in the corporate department. She has negotiated, drafted and reviewed documents necessary to close business deals.
Sicilia earned her law degree from Saint Louis University in 2022.
