Vincent Reese is managing partner of Mickes O’Toole, the largest minority-owned firm in Missouri.
After Reese stepped into his role, he was able to double the firm’s size while managing his own practice. In 2019, Missouri Lawyers Media recognized Reese for increasing the firm’s diversity along with that growth. That year, women and people of color made up 78 percent of its overall staff, 70 percent of its attorneys and 70 percent of its partners.
The firm, with an attorney base of more than 25, hones practice groups in the areas of labor and employment, education, and business and corporate law. Reese and its attorneys have cut across related Missouri Lawyers Media POWER Lists in education and employment law, including Grant Wiens, Jeffrey Omer, Thomas Mickes and Natalie Hoernschemeyer.
The firm’s attorneys also have been recognized in Up & Coming Awards and Diversity & Inclusion Awards.
