Lathrop GPM promotes Kansas City attorney to partner

Struby has a practice focused on bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights. He represents clients in commercial real estate purchases, residential and commercial evictions, condemnation and eminent domain, lien priority, tax sales, collections, suits on note, breach of contract and title insurance claims. He also helps loan servicing clients create compliance policies and procedures and put them to use.
Struby earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
