Evan Raskas Goldfarb is a past co-chair of Thompson Coburn’s health care practice and a current co-chair of its Corporate Department.
She continues to advise hospitals, health systems, nursing care facilities and other institutions in the health industry. She handles physician employment agreements, mergers and acquisitions of hospitals, and independent-contractor agreements for physicians in hospitals. Her clients rely on her counsel for regulatory compliance issues.
Goldfarb is a member of several health-law organizations including but not limited to the American Bar Association’s Forum on Health Law, the St. Louis Area Health Lawyers Association, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
She was honored in Missouri Lawyers Media’s Women’s Justice Awards in 2017 as a Business Practitioner.
Goldfarb earned her law degree from Northwestern University in 1992.
