Jane Arnold’s handle on health care industry transactions is unmatched.

Polsinelli named Arnold the co-chair of its national business department last year. Arnold has advised clients on more than $5 billion in transactions. She has led the teams negotiating private equity fund’s multiple acquisitions of health care technology and business services companies.

Arnold led the deal teams for infusion therapy company BioScrip Inc.’s acquisition of CarePoint Partners’ assets for $223 million and its $70 million stock purchase of HomeChoice Partners.

Arnold counsels on public and private companies’ strategy and operations, assists with the regulatory compliance of suppliers, providers and drug and device manufacturers, and defends pharmacy and pharmacist licenses.

Arnold is managing partner of the firm’s St. Louis office and is a past chair of the firm’s health care alignment and organization practice. She also chairs the firm’s national Women’s Initiative Committee.

Arnold earned her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 1993.
