Al Ludwig is “living the deal” with his clients.

Ludwig leads major mergers and acquisition transactions across various industries. He has handled joint ventures, stock redemptions, private placements, commercial findings and asset securitizations. He counsels domestic and foreign clients for international and cross-border acquisitions.

Ludwig’s clients span in size from individual business owners and lean startups to large, publicly traded companies. They seek his advice on organizational structuring, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial contracts, operational diligence, compliance and development.

Ludwig earned member status at his firm in 2016. He was part of the team that facilitated Post Holdings’ acquisition of U.K. brand Weetabix Limited, a U.K.-based packaged food company. The 2017 deal amounted to about $1.76 billion.

Ludwig’s general corporate practice also handles counseling businesses throughout their life cycle, from the formation to exit strategies and dissolution.

Ludwig earned his law degree from the University of Missouri in 2007.
