Ben Haltenhof has wide-ranging experience on the buy and sell side of medical practice transactions and continues to advise his buy-side clients on day-to-day issues as they scale up their newly owned businesses.

Haltenhof handles his clients’ issues at hand while also looking ahead to future needs and strategizing for long-term goals.

Small businesses and global corporations alike look to Haltenhof and his general business law practice. He handles business formation, governance, agreements, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions, contracts, and transactions involving commercial lending and real estate.

Outside of his corporate practice, Haltenhof also has experience drafting prenuptial agreements.

Haltenhof, a shareholder at Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard, leads the firm’s business practice group.

Haltenhof earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 2011 before he joined the firm. He had worked as a summer associate a year prior.
