Frank Koranda represents clients in multi-million and multi-billion-dollar transactions.

Koranda works with clients in private mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters. He represents buyers and sellers of businesses and product lines, whether the entities are private equity or backed by a family office.

Koranda has been involved in private companies’ sales of a group of manufacturing companies, a light manufacturing and distribution company and an autism company. He also has handled the private equity sponsored acquisitions of telecom and media companies, corporate dentistry practices and physical therapy clinics.

Koranda also serves as outside general counsel for private companies, private equity funds and family offices. He has worked with clients across the health care, telecommunications, manufacturing and professional services industries, among others.

Koranda previously worked at Dentons as a partner before joining Polsinelli in 2015.

He earned his law degree in 2005 at the University of Missouri.
