Jennifer Byrne serves as leader of the Armstrong Teasdale’s corporate services practice group. She coordinates with firm leaders to meet strategic goals while maintaining her practice in mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, general corporate issues, emerging companies and corporate governance.
Byrne’s clients come from numerous industries, ranging from biotechnology and life sciences to health care and agricultural technology. Examples of her work include representing a group of investors in acquiring a controlling interest in a dog daycare franchisor to representing an investor in a privately held health care technology company.
She also works as corporate counsel for emerging companies and entrepreneurs. In addition to leading her practice area, Byrne serves on Armstrong Teasdale’s opinion and pro bono committees.
Prior to joining the firm in 2012, she was chair of the M&A practice group at the now-closed firm of Gallop Johnson & Neuman. She earned her law degree from Saint Louis University in 1999. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
