Amundsen Davis, St. Louis
In more than four decades of representing clients in complex financial agreements, John Finger still prides himself on getting the details right, whether that means working around the clock on a deal or standing firm when a buyer’s last-minute demands threaten to derail a carefully negotiated agreement.
Finger, a member of Amundsen Davis’ corporate and securities practice group, handles private equity and venture capital investments, international licensing agreements and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, equity financing and lending and commercial transactions. He has handled deals valued up to several hundred million dollars and worked with clients in the manufacturing, private equity, technology, agriculture and distribution industries.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis’ business law section. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors of Midwestern Braille Volunteers.
Finger joined his current firm in 2017 after serving as a partner at Stinson and Thompson Coburn. He earned his law degree from the University of Michigan in 1981.
