Price has worked with hospitals, medical device companies and others in the health care industry, as well as businesses that are closely held and owned by families. He also works with clients in the real estate and manufacturing and distribution industries.

Price handles letters of intent, due diligence, negotiations and definitive agreements. He often serves as outside general counsel to businesses. He works with executives and in-house counsel on corporate formation, governance and contracts.

Price chairs the firm’s diversity and inclusion committee and has been invested in firm diversity efforts.

He earned his law degree from Baylor University in 1988.
