Mark Stoneman assists national and international clients with joint ventures, divestitures and market expansions for clients in the industrial, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, with transactions valued well into the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Stoneman is a member of Armstrong Teasdale’s executive committee as well as its pension committee, which he previously chaired. He also has served on the firm’s opinion and compensation committees and was chair of the hiring committee. He is a member of the corporate services practice group, which he led from 2018 to 2020.

He is a member of The Missouri Bar’s business law and property law committees and is active in the American Bar Association’s business law and real property sections and its mergers and acquisitions committee.

He earned his law degree from University of Missouri in 1996 and went on to earn a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Missouri Lawyers Media honored him as an Up & Coming lawyer in 2008.
