Before becoming an attorney, Robert Brandt worked at The Boeing Company for 10 years in its business management and finance organizations. Now he puts his legal and business experience to good use in serving clients.

Brandt’s practice includes business law, mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, commercial practice, technology licensing, banking and finance, real estate, franchising and employment. He also serves as outside general counsel for several privately held businesses and outside corporate counsel to several public companies.

In 2018, he represented Perma Seal USA and its affiliated entities with the acquisition and leasing of its new corporate headquarters facility in Chesterfield. He also represented the owners of a revenue analytics firm in the healthcare industry in its sale to a strategic buyer for about $14 million.

He earned his law degree in 2001 from Saint Louis University, where he also earned an M.B.A. in 1995.
