The POWER List 2023: Ruth A. Binger

Ruth Binger heads Danna McKitrick’s transactional group, which handles mergers and acquisition transactions, tax issues and a wide array of business matters. She also is co-chair of its marketing committee and recently served on the firm’s executive committee.

In her practice, Binger advises entrepreneurs in a variety of companies in manufacturing and distribution, professional services, transportation and retail. She assists clients with formation, structure, governance and exit strategies and works with them on contract issues. She also is a longtime facilitator of several peer advisory boards for independent business owners.

Binger is a member of the American Bar Association’s sections on business law, intellectual property and labor and employment law. She is also a board member of Associated Industries of Missouri and a former director of the St. Louis Regional Commerce and Growth Association.

Missouri Lawyers Media honored her with an ICON Award in 2022. She earned her law degree from DePaul University in 1983.
