Juvenile Law: Delinquency First-Degree Harassment-Sufficiency of Evidence

Where a juvenile brought a replica toy gun to school and showed it to a classmate who thought it was real and the juvenile threatened to shoot the classmate if he told anyone, there was sufficient evidence to find that the juvenile committed first-degree harassment and to support the adjudication of delinquency.

Judgment is affirmed.

In the Interest of T.P. (MLW No. 79871/Case No. ED110623 – 7 pages) (Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, James M. Dowd, J.) Appealed from circuit court, Jefferson County, Rathert, J. (Jeffrey C. Esparza for appellant) (Jason D. Sapp for respondent).
