Criminal Law: Post-Conviction Relief-Abandonment

Where defendant appealed from a motion court judgment denying his motion for post-conviction relief, the amended motion was untimely, and the judgment is reversed and remanded for an inquiry into whether the defendant was abandoned by appointed counsel.

Judgment is reversed and remanded.
