Domestic Relations: Child Custody-Parenting Plan-Required Holidays

Where a mother challenged an award of child custody and support, the state’s parenting plan guidelines require specifying custody for Martin Luther King Day and Presidents’ Day, so the court’s failure to do so constitutes reversible error, but the remainder of the judgment is affirmed.

Judgment is affirmed in part; reversed and remanded in part.
