Domestic Relations: Child Custody-Parenting Plan-Visitation

Where a father appealed from a trial court’s order of child custody, the judgment granting the mother sole physical and legal custody was proper, and the father’s lack of visitation was premised as required upon a specific best interest finding, and the adoption of the mother’s parenting plan merely reflected the court’s findings in the judgment.

Judgment is affirmed.
