Staff Report//June 1, 2023
Where a plaintiff, who was involved in an alleged agreement to purchase a business that included real property, challenged a judgment finding that the plaintiff was not entitled to specific performance of the two contracts or “agreements,” the trial court did not err in excluding parol evidence, and the court correctly found that the plaintiff failed to prove that he had an ownership interest in the business, so the judgment is affirmed.
Judgment is affirmed.
