Staff Report//September 18, 2023
Chris Hohn was elected chair of Thompson Coburn and will succeed Chair Roman Wuller in August 2024.
Hohn, currently the litigation department chair and a member of the firm’s management and executive committees, earned his law degree from the University of Missouri in 1995 and has been with Thompson Coburn for his entire career.
Wuller said he has used his term to position the firm for the next generation to improve Thompson Coburn’s capabilities and service clients. Hohn, he said, is dedicated, driven and in an excellent position to bring the firm into its next phase of growth. The two will work closely together for the next year to ensure a smooth transition.
Other leadership moves announced by the firm include management committee member and human resources practice Co-Chair Laura Jordan joining Hohn as co-chair of the litigation department. A nationally ranked practitioner based in St. Louis, Jordan will become chair of the department when Hohn becomes firm chair.
Tax credits practice Chair Jarrod Sharp has been appointed to the management committee. Sharp, who is based in St. Louis, also chairs the firm’s client relations committee, which focuses on client service and feedback, client teams and practice innovation.
