Lewis Rice names new estate and probate department co-chairs

Joel L. Weeks and Timothy D. Yeaglin are the new co-chairs of Lewis Rice’s estate planning and probate department, the firm announced Sept. 14. They succeed longtime co-chairs Marian V. (Bo) Mehan and Michael D. Mulligan.
Weeks focuses his practice on estate and gift planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. He is a member of the firm’s management committee. Yeaglin counsels individuals and families on the implementation and development of sophisticated tax and estate plans.
