Administrative: Revocation of Liquor License-Lack of Jurisdiction

Plaintiff appealed the dismissal of its complaint challenging the revocation of its liquor license. The trial court determined that it lacked jurisdiction over the matter. On appeal, plaintiff argued that its petition for administrative review was timely filed and thus the matter was properly before the trial court.

Where the record showed that plaintiff filed its petition beyond the 30-day deadline, the trial court correctly determined that it lacked statutory authority to hear the matter.

Judgment is affirmed.
