Staff Report//October 30, 2023//
Plaintiff appealed the district court’s order affirming the denial of her application for SSD benefits.
Where there was substantial evidence to support the ALJ’s decision not to include any limitations caused by plaintiff’s diverticulitis in her residual functional capacity finding, as the ALJ considered the impairment in concluding plaintiff could perform medium work with restrictions and found that plaintiff’s need for frequent bathroom breaks was unsupported by the medical evidence, plaintiff’s benefits application was correctly denied.
Judgment is affirmed.
