John Hayob has spent his entire career with Brown & Ruprecht, including his clerkship at the firm.
He notably represented the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in a lawsuit involving the loss of items a historian claimed he loaned to the Museum. A jury found in the museum’s favor, and the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the verdict.
Hayob also represented Royal Insurance Company in litigation involving questions of coverage in a commercial general liability policy. The trial court granted the insurer defendant’s summary judgment. After two appeals, the 8th Circuit ruled in the defendants favor.
