Criminal Law-Possession of Firearm by Felon-Sufficiency of Evidence

Defendant appealed his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction.
Where the gun was located under defendant’s seat when approached by officers, the fact that he fled before the gun was located did not preclude finding actual possession, and his flight also indicated his knowledge of the firearm’s presence.
Judgment is affirmed.
