David Narkiewicz leads a team of more than 50 legal and regulatory professionals. He co-founded the first corporate ventures division in pet care, creating the largest entrepreneur ecosystem in the category.
Narkiewicz relocated to Switzerland for eight years to lead the regulatory approach for launching cat allergen reduction technology. He led the largest competitive litigation in the pet care category and successfully defended a key brand in multi-district class action litigation, achieving summary judgment dismissal of all claims.
His litigation against a competitor resulted in a favorable settlement and enabled the largest class action settlement for consumers in the category. Narkiewicz said he has a “passion for leading a talented team and driving change.”
