Dillon Strohm brings 18 years of legal experience focused on corporate transactions and general business matters. With business studies in both undergraduate and graduate school, Strohm developed a practice centered on in-house counsel work.
He assists investments made by subsidiary Cobalt Ventures, collaborating with leaders in healthcare innovation, private equity and technology. Strohm described himself as a “business-minded corporate attorney that delivers solutions.” He explained his approach involves “looking for that next step to take rather than the next problem to flag,” providing a solution-oriented perspective that executive leaders prefer.
Strohm served on the board of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Mid-America Chapter for 10 years, including roles as president and chair.
