Vikas Sunkari works as a “thought partner and problem solver in the health law space,” specializing in Stark Law and Anti-kickback Statute matters involving employed and contracted physicians, as well as real property and development matters.
He began his career in the telecommunications industry managing leasing and land use issues for telecom carriers before transitioning to healthcare. Sunkari focuses on real estate acquisition and disposition, federal healthcare regulations and physician contracting.
He currently serves as president-elect of the Association of Corporate Counsel’s St. Louis Chapter, having previously served as treasurer and as chair of the diversity and membership committee. Sunkari led the ACC St. Louis Diversity Summer Internship Program from 2019 through summer 2025.
