Tim Cronin has practiced at Simon Law since graduating from Saint Louis University in 2010. Cronin represents plaintiffs in civil litigation, focusing on medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, trucking litigation and personal injury cases involving catastrophic injuries or death.

In 2024, Cronin served as lead trial counsel in a case that resulted in a $535 million verdict for a sexual assault victim against a behavioral health facility in Illinois, the largest verdict in Illinois state history for a single plaintiff. The verdict sparked an industry-wide movement toward stronger accountability in healthcare systems. Cronin brought the case to resolution in mid-2025 through post-trial, appellate and collection proceedings.

In early 2025, he obtained a new trial in a product liability case involving premature infant formula. In November 2025, Cronin tried a motorcycle accident case with co-counsel Mary Simon and obtained a $27.5 million verdict in a conservative venue. Cronin said trying the case alongside Simon and connecting with the jury was an honor and among his most memorable wins.
