Glennon Fogarty advises public and private companies across the financial services, manufacturing and technology industries. He earned his law degree from Saint Louis University before serving as unit chief of the Consumer Protection Division of the Missouri Attorney General’s St. Louis office, where he directed investigations and prosecutions of advertising, antitrust and unfair practice claims.

Since returning to private practice, Fogarty has built a wide-ranging litigation practice, bringing deep business and operational knowledge to each engagement. Known for pursuing behind-the-scenes resolutions first, he also delivers results in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels and in administrative, arbitration and bankruptcy proceedings.

His construction experience spans power plants, fiber-optic cable relocation, one of the nation’s largest mass transit systems and the nation’s largest cement plant, covering bond, breach of contract, defective workmanship, delay, mechanics’ liens and design defect claims. He is barred in Illinois and Missouri and admitted to courts across the country.
