Plaintiff appealed the dismissal of his complaint alleging wrongful arrest and substantive due process violations.

Where defendants had probable cause to arrest plaintiff and file charges against him and where plaintiff failed to show that defendants had violated a fundamental right, the district court correctly dismissed the action.

Judgment is affirmed.
