Civil Practice: Discovery Violations-Sanctions-Dismissal

Plaintiff appealed the dismissal of his action and the imposition of monetary fines as sanctions for his discovery violations.
Where plaintiff willfully violated the district court’s discovery orders, there was no abuse of discretion in dismissing the complaint and fining plaintiff as a sanction.
Judgment is affirmed.
